Hey DEB123 ........
Where did you try to load it?
At a Grocery Store??
Ummm... I think some of us have gone through this before!!
That was fun in the beginning.......
On a serious note....
It was a bit frusterating the first couple of times I tried to load mine.
No one at the store where I bought it at, even knew that they were
capable to load it there.
A suggestion, from my experience.......
Call Net Spend, and tell them your situation.
I did that.
I was in the parking lot, at Safeway calling from my Cell Phone.
The Customer Service Rep., told me that he would guide the cashier through the loading proccess.
I actually went back into the store (of course the girl thought I was crazy..), and handed her my phone.....
After that, I never had a problem to load it.
I even trained them at 2 other Safeway Grocery Stores!!!!
It may sound like a hassle......
But really - it's Not.

Too funnY! I also had to call Nespend and walk into Randall's (a Safeway store) and hand the cashier my phone! She looked at me like I'd lost my mind because she just stood there arguing with me that they were "totally unable to load the card." LOL!
