When I signed up I thought that I was opening a real account and not a guest I have never played on guest accounts.
So there has been a mix up. I downloaded you from NOLUCKNEEDED and they talk pretty highly of you. I have gotten bored with others I play and decided to give you a try. I even funded my Eco acct for you. because my debit visa that works at most would not work at your casino. So I funded my eco card by way of western union with a $15 fee. So no problem I know all about W.U. fees. Sum it up !!!! I deposited $50 in my Eco and then they took out $10 fee plus remember the reg. W.U. fee of $15 , so I end up with $40 in my account and it cost me $25 just to do that, so I could deposit at your casino... on top of that they held my funds for 3 days until I updated my personal acct. KKknowing that I was not going to get a welcome bonus on top of it because of some mishap or mistake , ''Do you think that This all makes sense?'' It makes me out to be stupid or ? No but do you know what I have been playing for a few years every since I was diag. with a terminal illness so I am down lots and this on line gambling relaxes me and makes me forget about being sick until crap like this goes on and then it just frustrates me to no end. I only spend aprox. $500.00 a month on line gambling and never won or cashed out as they say but never planned on it I have always played for fun time and not to win. With casinos like you I am sure that's a guaranteed. Thanks for your time and you have a great day.

I recieved this email shortly after I had sent the first I told them in my reply that I thought they handled my little problem very nicely and in very fast time. Also said that I waas surprised with their decision and did not expect it. I would not of been so swift with my actions today except that lately I have been on edge and so frustrated with a few casinos that have no customer relation skills and dont really care too especially since the usa deal. You spend your hard earned money for your sport of choice to have fun and some of us have to find just the right deals so that gives us just that much more time for our fun time. On deals like this morning and last night for me that was all I had to play with this week end and future of fun time, was looking dim. But seeing they way that it was handled in the end is the reason why I was out there looking for a pleasent place to enjoy my fun time and be treated like a real human being instead of a small nothing because they can ,for its your money you are taking a chance with not theirs. I thank you guys for helping me with this one for normaly I would have not done anything about this and would have chalked it up with all the others.
