IF ANYONE IS CONSIDERING PLAY AT JACKPOT GRAND MAYBE YOU SHOULD READ THIS PRIOR TO PLAYING...

I HAVE PLAYED AT THIS CASINO FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS.
I HAVE DEPOSITED A LOT OF MONEY AT THIS CASINO. THOUSANDS A MONTH.

THEY BREAK YOUR WITHDRAWAL INTO PAYMENTS AND MAKE YOU WAIT CONSIDERABLE AMOUNTS OF TIME. IT TAKES THEM MOST TIMES A WEEK TO GET AN APPROVAL ... NOT PAYMENT...AN APPROVAL OF YOUR WITHDRAWAL. THE PAST TWO TIMES I WAS PAID IN FULL AFTER BEGGING THEM TO DO THIS BUT IN THE BEGGINNING THEY PAY YOU $500 AT A TIME OUT OF $3000 AND THEN TELL YOU THAT IT'S IN THEIR TERMS SO TOUGH. THIS TIME THEY PAID HALF $1500 OF $3000. SO NOW IT WILL TAKE A MONTH TO GET PAID.

I HAVE WORKED WITH FOUR DIFFERENT "VIP" MANAGERS AND THE CASINO MANAGER AND MARKETING MANAGER. EACH TIME I MAKE A WITHDRAWAL IT IS A FIASCO!!!!! YOU HAVE TO BEG TO GET PAID. THEY TELL YOU HOW IMPORTANT YOU ARE AND HOW MUCH THEY ARE HELPING YOU AND HOW IT'S JUST A THING THAT JUST HAPPENED....BUT IT IS THE SAME ALL THE TIME....SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW PAY.

SO IF YOU DON'T MIND WAITING TO GET PAID AND DONT MIND WRITING EMAIL AFTER EMAIL GO AHEAD AND PLAY THERE.

sammy, Thanks for the review! I guess I won't change them to rogue as they do actually pay, but it sounds like they're are not a fabulous casino. I'll forward this comment to the affiliate people and maybe that will help. I will also put slow payments in the casino directory for them.

I suggest you give your business to a fast paying casino until Jackpot decides to get their shit together. My last cashouts (2 days ago) at Grande Vegas and Intertops took less than 48 hours.. Slotocash pays fast too and has 35-50% vip cashback on busted deposits with no bonus, but it is not easy to win at Sloto these days (as far as my personal experience goes).

thanks for your advice TDTAT and thanks for sending to your affiliates. (I probably wont get paid now but then you can change it to rogue..lol) I have told them over and over that if this didn't change that I would start posting my reviews on forums. I wasn't trying to threaten them...not at all, but I wanted them to realize that I was being extremely patient. Out of fairness, they have really good bonus codes and I've had good luck there, BUT ...when you win ...GET OUT because it goes down to zero in a HURRY!!! and I MEAN HURRY!! It literally shuts down ...not even a pair of jacks!! I love to play so I can gauge how it goes pretty much. The last thing they did when I called to speak with the Casino Manager or either of my two supposed "VIP" managers...the service rep kept me on hold for awhile and then came back and said, "THEY ARE UNAVAILABLE FOR YOU"...well that was the last kick in the teeth. They do sent you baskets and such but I can tell you that I deposit a lot and play back a lot so honestly I'd rather have my withdrawal without having to wait ten days and then some!!

HERE ARE TWO CASINOS THAT PAY FAST!!!! ALL STAR SLOTS AND CLUB WORLD CASINO. I USE CARD FORCE OR PAY MY CARD AND ITS APPROVED GENERALLY THE NEXT DAY AND TAKES A DAY OR TWO TO HIT MY ACCOUNT. OH !! AND YOU CAN DEPOSIT WITHOUT REVERSING WITHDRAWALS. AT JACKPOT GRAND YOU CAN'T DEPOSIT UNTIL THEY APPROVAL YOUR WITHDRAWAL AND THATS A WEEK AT BEST. (THIS WAY YOU PLAY IT BACK)

Yes, the Club World group are pretty good about quick payments. I used to play at All Star Slots a lot but I guess I never downloaded them last time I got a new laptop. The unique thing about allstar is they used to give free chips that allow video poker (not sure if they still do).

As far as cashouts, most casinos have a weekly payout limit, but $500 is really low. I think the average is $2000 a week, but at Intertops you can do a check and a wire and a WU or whatever, so that's nice... not that I ever have to worry about cashing out more than 2000.

All Star and Club World still do give loyalty codes that include all games even video poker and there free chips are TEN times the amount on withdrawal. Pretty nice!!!

An Update on Jackpot Grand:
My second $1500 was approved this morning!! That was QUICK for an approval!! Now to see how long it takes them to actually wire it into my account. They drag it out as long as they can generally...ugh. Their limit is $3000 weekly so that's really good, BUT they take so long with approvals and wiring it so you really don't have any need to worry about a $3000 a week limit if they're going to split it into payments and so forth. They always go back to their policy of 5 to 10 business days to approve (not pay) when you have a big payout or there is one excuse after another so that weekly amount doesn't amount to more than a hill of beans.

I've had a good relationship with Raphael (Casino Mgr) -) maybe not after this-lol) but why do I have to pull teeth to get paid there? If it weren't for him I wonder how long it would have been??

So THANK YOU VERY MUCH for sending it to the affiliates. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with it but I'm sure it probably did in some way and I want you to know it's appreciated

My point about this post wasn't to get paid quicker (I do appreciate it though)...it was to let the other players know the truth about this casino before they played. I rely on this forum for safe play and wanted to return the favor!

A FOLLOW UP ON MY WITHDRAWAL: I requested a $3000 withdrawal on 5-29... I just received $1500 of that withdrawal today.. 6-13. Believe it or not...that's pretty quick for them. I'm still waiting on the other $1500.
