hi all just wondering if anyone has recently cashed out from sloto cash. I recently made a $40 deposit with a bonus , made my play through and with a lot of luck managed to cashout $2800.00... woo hoo!.....or so I thought. then I just got off of chat where they told me it takes 48 business hours for my security docs to clear(6 days???) and then another 48 business hours for my cashout to be approved( another 6 business days???)so if my calculations are correct I will be waiting almost three weeks for a check that will take another 2-4 business days to clear with my bank... does it really take this long???

Xenabruno sloto takes about 3-5 business days to pay you when you use e-wallets, probably a few days longer if you are paid by cheque.
That is the reason why i don't play there and actually call them sloto"crap" instead of slotocash
and by the way 48 hours are 2 days, not 6

sorry, misread your text earlier..... i takes indeed quite a few days to approve your docs.... i went through that a while ago when i was looking for another casino to play regularly...i opted to stay away from them because of their long waiting periods to get paid.
even when your docs are approved, you will have a mandatory pending period for every withdrawal you make, i think it was 2 days during the week and 3 days on weekends. ridiculous
so i gather 2-3 weeks to get paid sounds about right. i am sure TDAT will be able to confirm that.
regards
Harry

xenabruno, Hello and congrats on your win!
I went through a discussion with them about the "business hours" thing on a payout last month. Live chat seemed to think it meant 8 hrs per day, but I still got paid on the 3rd morning after my cashout (it was an ewallet). If I had to guess, I'd say you'll get paid in 3 business DAYS to an ewallet and probably 5 if it is a wire. I'm not sure about check, but if they use fedex and send it 2 day then probably 5 or 6 days. That said, I had a smaller payout a few weeks ago that was paid in about a day and a half to an ewallet which was a nice suprise.

I've been out of the business here for awhile ... Probably since quick tender closed up shop... What e wallet is accepted now amongst these casinos for us players?

xenabruno, No real "ewallets" for some countries these days, but check the casino cashiers or I can send you a private message.
