intertops red is a RTG with a sportbook

when i deposit i may , first , make my deposit , then transfert money to the casino , that s is easy to do

but i cashout this night first time euros 50 , left 20 in my balance

i played with then i won euros 100 so , i changed my cashout i wanted to withdrawn again but when i tryied to do it , i saw my balance euros 150 then below , said i can cashout 0 to 0.00

i dont understand all that i tried to ask to live chat but i understand nothing , just i cant change myself the first cashout , its their payement departement witch can do that

i wrote a mail but at this time got any answer

can you tell me please if we can only cashout one time , then wait to be paid to process another ???

[/quote] you have to wait for the first cash out to be processed, if you reverse your cash out an try to cash out bigger amount it will void that an you will have to wait 24 to 48 hrs to cash out again..
