they have a ' call me back ' bottom , on their web site , support

If you have a problem that you feel cannot be resolved by email, our new call me back service is now avaliable.
With this service all you need to do is click the link to the left and fill in the provided form, it's that simple. Once your request has been reviewed and an appropriate answer found one of our friendly support staff will then call you back and assist with your query.

I never tried this because like you know Tawnia I can call , but maybe someone can try it and say us how long they call us back ??

They do not give a phone number , they only call you themself if THEY THINK YOU NEED TO BE CALLED , LOLLLLLL

Hmmm that call thing has to be new because at one time they had no numer or anything, or that option. Chat is my method of choice. It's quick!!!!
