I wish to thank each and every one of you for providing the worse possible customer service I have yet to encounter. I must have been a player at inetbet for at least 5 years, possibly more. I have spent thousands of dollars gambling at inetbet. Yet, whenever I have requested a payout, you have hassled me to the point of misery and not paid me so I have ended up cashing in the request for payout and gambling it away. That has happened for the very last time just now. Why? Because I put in a request for a payout, received information from you that you needed me to fill out yet another Financial Information form and send in additional documentation. I did this and sent it to you, along in an email that very day. Did you honor my cashout? No, you ignored it. I became so discouraged that you did not that I gambled all $525 of the payout request and only hit one bonus round.

Don't bother to email me back. I have removed all traces of your software from my computer and will not be re-installing it. As soon as this email is finished, I will be blocking all your known email addresses. When I have completed that, I will copy and paste this email and post it on every site that asks for feedback. Without a doubt, you are the tackiest, chintziest, cheesiest, no class online casino, even worse than the rogue casinos.

Do have yourselves a very lovely life. You will not be hearing from me again this lifetime.

im am totally in shock.. i have never had a problem with inetbet in 15 yrs of playing there .,,ive always gotten paid but i will say this.. support totally sucks.. BIG TIME..they have bad manners ..and banned me from posting on their facebook wallpg coz i complained about support . i was respectful with my post too but they didnt like me asking if anyone was working coz from friday till monday no one would answer my email along with waiting that many days on a cashback bonus from my deposits.Also its been 7 yrs since my last cashout and win ..i won 4600 on t rex and havent been able to cashout a thing since ..i use to win all the time there now i know in the 7 yrs ive defin played that money back and prob, double. idk why i stay i really dont but good for you cora!! sorry you never gt your winnings that makes me mad!!

so true , until they change the laws in the u.s. they can do anything they want to , win big onetime and they will suck it back. inetbet is not the same nor is most rtg`s ever since the u.s. lost playing at the microgameing, there is no competition watch them change when and if micro comes back. just my opinion

inetbet is rude, crude and definitely needs to be stewed. They key purpose in gambling is to get paid your winnings, yet they play with you like a cat plays with a mouse. And there's nothing that can be done because they have you over a barrel because it's not legal here in the U.S. I played there because of the low withdrawal amount permitted. And like I said, I have played thousands of dollars there and to think they can't be bothered to make a payout of my winnings. They definitely need the word out on them. Like I said, they're worse than the rogue casinos because you know up front the rogues aren't going to pay, but inetbet pretends to be all honest and forthright. I hope people stop playing at inetbet in order that inetbet can learn that Customer Service is so much more than just a sign on a door.
