Dear Friends,

I have been playing for a number of years at online casinos, and have won twice, large amounts at different casinos. However, there as been 1 casino (cirrus casino) that I have devoted my time and money (over $7,000) for a number of years, without cashing out. However, although they state they provide an heavenly and kindly playing experience, this is not true. Numerous time my emails have gone unanswered without any responses, but yet, as a fool, I continue to play. Tonight, after going my out of my way to fax the info they need to process my deposits, I continue to have problems with making deposits and getting any kind of customer services to help me with my problems (deposits).

I spent an average of $200 a month at this casino, and you would think they could provide some assistance with my inquires. I suppose I'm consider a low gambler.

In any event, not only is the winning percentage terrible, their customer service is very unsatisfactory. Perhaps spending $200 a month is not worth while for this casino to care about providing customer service.

I close by saying "taking this for what iit's worth," and avoid spending your real cash at this casino, and only play for the no-deposit chips that they offer every so often.

I now move forward and spread the word to other gambling forums, and my $50+ million users at myspace.com.

Cirrus has done the same to me. The reason they do this is because they know that your time is coming and that you are going to hit soon. 7000.00 is alot of money and the odds are in your favor. They can only cheat you so long, so what they do is start being rude to their own customers hoping that you will get mad and cause a problem allowing them to close your account so they can hide your play records. They are very crafty and extremely GREEDY but never the less they can get caught if they were to be audited. Unfortunatly Cirrus has no one to audit them. Anyone that plays there is basicly throwing their money away. You should never play at a casino that does not have the KAHNAWAKE logo. There is no one to complain to without this logo. The entire Cool Cat chain is a complete rip off. They have no one to audit them. When they bought Wild Vegas they said I had a duplicate account. You would think they would close the account with no bank records, they didn't. They closed the account that I had a history of deposits in order to hide evidence of play so they can cheat me all over again. This is so illegal but there was no one to complain to. So if you smart you will never play at a casino without a gaming commissioner. Why get ripped off? And you will, guaranteed. I have had fight after fight with Cirrus but they have an extreme sickness and there is no way that they are going to be fair with anyone. When you spend your life cheating people eventually that is the only thing you know how to do, like the people at Cirrus and Cool CAT. I have spent over 30000.00 at RTG casinos and have never cashed out so I know how you feel.

I understand that my words can be a little detailed and hurtful if you are hurting me but casino-crush.com I am a member of. I have had my post removed from CC forum for no reason at all. If you say anything negative about RTG as a whole it seems to not go over so well with cc forums. This hints to me that this is not a true forum. A true forum allows one to speak their mind or their expierience as long as there is no profanity. CC does not do this. So I appreciate your advice but I have tried that and it did not work. I had made a post about RTG mutalating their own softwear after it has been out for a few months...Somneone there did not like it and removed it...

I just want to let you know that I was wrong when I said that the"other forum" removed my post. It seems that they just moved it and unlike noluck there is no message on the message board stating this. So I jumped the gun when saying what I said. I just get so uptight every time I have to deal with an RTG casino. I thank you TDTAT for your understanding of my state of mind..
