well we are making a little progress. At least now I can pull up everything on web page.. But I am still getting the same error when I try to download. "Entry Point Missing". I am on the gateway with Windows 2000 operating system. And IE6 Browser

I also have XP and it will download, but when I go to open the casino nothing... But I know they will get to taking care of the prob asap... looking forward to playing the games...

Tried again this morning....Windows XP...Icon appears on my desktop, when I try to open, the download process starts all over. uninstall.cmd

I'm still having the same error problems today. Web site comes up easier at times but not at all at other times. I still cannot get ahold of support at all. All of my emails are returned as undeliverable and live support will not come up on the web page for me....I really am looking forward to trying these new games and at the same time very frustrated and worried about how reliable this casino is going to be when you cannot contact them through the support address their web site gives out.

Sad Embarassed I am sure he is trying to fix the issue, before responding.
Doug, the manager, and Steve, the owner, really impressed me when I met them in Las Vegas, otherwise I would have killed this post a week ago....

I know this could have been a heck of alot better Grand Opening,
and I am rather embarrassed by the whole situation. Embarassed

I am tired of making excuses for this casino... I do not
know what else to say EXCEPT
