Yeah, I got the email about this new game. I hurriedly rushed to the software...but no new game. I should have actually READ the email instead of seeing NEW GAME NEW GAME NEW GAME NEW GAME!! That's all my mind could read!! LOL!

Think he'll give me some free money for my "inconvenience" if I contact him directly??

I did send them an email and ask if they could give me a free bonus because I'm such an EXCELLENT player!! No response yet. But, come on, I've deposited hundreds (err, think thousands) of dollars there - no loyalty points, no cash back, no freebies! WAH WAH WAH!!!!

OH MY! I think I'd be hesitant to play there again, myself. I've never cashed out, but I like their games - good graphics, interesting bonus rounds. Well, I guess I'm not losing out if they don't wanna give me a freebie, huh?
