RE: Redeeming leftover gift card balances as low as .15 cents!
Hello everyone,
This is not gambling related, but it is almost like finding free money and maybe this information can be useful to someone.
If you're like me, you have gift cards with small amounts left on them from less than a dollar to ten dollars.
I had multiple gift cards with small amounts left on them, and finally found a way to use the cash.
Amazon.com allows gift card purchases for a little as 15 cents! So all you have to do is buy an amazon gift card (ecard or email gift card) with the exact balance left on your gift card and then credit the gift card to your amazon account or your next purchase so that leftover money will be applied to your next purchase.
I just redeemed the remaining balance of 4 cards for a total of almost $25. I know this isn't much, but I've had these cards in my wallet for probably 2 years.
I am certain the gift card companies make millions of dollars a year from people leaving $1-$10 on a cash gift card, so use your cash and don't let them have it!

I just threw one away from applebees, had .80 cents on it. I know I have more gift cards in my wallet, and I know my husband does too. Thanks for that information, I will look into it. Better than throwing them away.

I totally agree. Hmmm feed the homeless? Help out abused centers? Food Pantries, abused animals, along with many other ways it could be used. But thanks so much for this information I will diffidently pass it on.
