hi yes i was wondering no reply from u .they do have a massive problem.but the live chat good.they owe me nearly 700 euro all faire play,i go to police stamp docs no reply 3 days ,its not the way too treat cusyomers.we all regular. the least thet could do is e mail and say sorry .WE ARE BUNKRUPT,i know somthing happen on the site i got to level 127000 on comp points ,wich is impossible ,i took winnings and played,then withdrew .then reversed, and withdrew again.so they dont know.but all from my side is righr

samsarah1, yes u rigt they have massive withdrawls they cannot meet my opinion now .i got live helpm again .they say yes docs accrpted wait for e mail/too see if you get paid at all .wot the use to downgrade they need to at least tell us sorry delay,cause i think there systym was hacked and all our info is on it

i get many spam since joining vegas amped ,my compuyor crashed.i have now backdatwd to restore to factory settings.i take to too friend who say you have spyware monitiring youre habits,i always carefull wot i download now this

TDTAT, look give them the chance too explane but this cur off no answer is no good.at least the rogue kinda tell u we ripped u off .this is unexpital,there service has been good.they are having a big prob meeting payout,that why all the request for xtra docs,if they cant meet the payouts they should just say so and remove all there sites,wich is a lott

TDTAT, hi yes they have accepted security docs.and have allowed me to take my winnings and withdraw them ,will keep u updated on progress;i did send e mail to support too see if i had too still wait the full 5 days seeing my NOTIRIZED DOCS had been accepted,no reply to that,there live help is good but have no contact with managment this now day 12 working
