Has Casino Titan changed?

I have been a depositing player at casino Titan for a while now, and one of the things I always loved about them was their excellent customer service. I also liked the fact that they gave me a cash-back bonus for every deposit I made, plus random bonuses here and there. I even got an email a couple months ago telling me that I would be receiving a cash gift in my account every Tuesday....which I did for a while.

Lately, it seems like Casino Titan has changed. Customer service is not as timely or as friendly. My emails are going unanswered, and the live chat representatives are no longer specified by name. For the past three weeks, I have not received my cash bonus, even though I have continued to deposit. The first time this happened, a manager emailed me back and then credited my account. The second and third times, no one even got back to me.

I have learned not to expect a lot from online casinos, and I'm fine with that. I also know that I am not entitled to free money. But I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed a change in Casino Titan lately? I'm bummed because this was my favorite casino

kaymast24, Casino Titan was sold to the Winpalace group... so yes things have changed.

Okay, thanks TDTAT...that's good to know. That would explain why things have been different there lately. I also had a good experience with Grande Vegas, so maybe I will go back to them.

I want to say I did copy and paste kaymast24's ? and the response in chat after being ignored for 45 minutes. I had asked for a free chip at casino titan.
This is my second chat with them....and I must say it was 20 + minutes before i got a response. I would not be so upset, but I won, and tried to cash out. You cannot even cash out until you are verified. It says 48 hours, but it was over 5 days for verification. So I knew it was never going to happen.

I am deleting Casino Titan...they will let you win right off the start, but then it all ends just like everywhere else that has been listed as ROGUE....I got his response another 20 minutes later:

Thanks TDTAT,i have big issues with another casino too...i've been waiting for 5000. with royal sands. Nowthey are using the ewallet express pullout as an an excuse not to pay as well. I had requested 660. from ewallet, but will never see it I guess?

i think they are like winpalace and casino titan now

one time i won 800 dollars on winpalace i request $800 , they pay me on 21 business days , yessss 21 lol and friday dont work , only the 4th first days of the week worked loool

well i had to wait all this time and when 21 business days came , i just got $300 on my neteller account and they put the $500 in my balance , i had to cashout again and wait one more time 21 business days to be paid

i was very nervous so i played again these 500 and close my account there like i do it to titan when it had changed

i think you dont play on the good rtg , there many many good rtg here , inetbet , first , grandevegas , rushmore lucky red cherry red , slotastic etc etc , they pay fastly and live chat is correct

i dont like anything to do with the group ,they have a realy bad name tat goes for most rtg there is one good site iff you want too enjoy the same,thats prestige,or if you want exactly the same try city club
