I took up the free offer of the free spins on Hilly billy and cracked it which yup, totally surprised me as those times are few and far between 
However when I'd pratically met the wagering requirements my balance of over $100 shrunk to $52 in one spin which totally freaked me out, as I was only spinning at 50cents a spin, hmm ok I was on it awhile perhaps a $1.00 a spin but I know for a fact I wasnt spinning $50 a spin?!?Aye?!? So asked Live Chat for a game log which for some reason they couldnt supply me so decided well, what the heck still had $52.00 in my balance, wagering was met so I should be able to cash out.. well...
I had to do the faxback form, id documents blah blah - basically the usual t that every casino wants. So ok, I was all right with that.
Asked Live Chat, is there any point in verifying my account? I really dont want to go all that hassle and find out that Im not entitled to the cashout?
They asked have you had a free chip with us before? I said, I might have - Im not sure as Im with zillions of casinos so cant really keep track of them all and when I went to check on cashier it only goes back 30 days so I couldnt tell through that -if I had, taken a free chip with Grande Vegas before...
So went back to Live Chat and asked again - can I make a cashout? I really dont want to go through all the red tape of verifying my account and then find out, I cant have the funds that I'd won..
Well, the Live Chat said you have a withdrawel balance of $52.00 blah blah ( no mention of the $50 plus dollars that vanished from my balance for some reason), just fill in the fax back account, send the requested documents.
Again, no mention of wheather I would get the cash out requested just another mention of sending in documents to be verified.
I decided that I probably wasnt going to get paid that (A) they'd say I'd had a free chip beforehand or something like that - which is possible, as I said before, I have too many casinos so cant keep track of them or (B) some other excuse why I couldnt have the funds that I had won
So I put them all back in. It was fun while it lasted though I think their Live Chat needs way better communication skills and should know the terms and conditions so they could explain them to us instead of trying to make us send in highly sensitive documents which we'd rather not if there was no payday at the end of that line.
Anyhooo thats my 2 cents worth of Grande Vegas

realitychq, Hi there. When you are playing a free chip at most RTG casinos when you finish the wagering requirements, the excess balance you have over the maximum cashout of the free chip is removed automatically. That happens on every free chip. 
This is a good casino, I have cashed out thousands of dollars here. So go ahead and do the fax back form and I am sure you will get paid.

Really? Actually I thought it might be something like that, its just when I asked Live Chat why my excess funds vanished their reply was quote "

Instantly being the paranoid person I am, I went into suspicious mode Which is what I meant when I said, their communication skills could be a little better If they'd just said, 'when you reach the wagering amount, the rest vanishes, I would of totally understood;)
