Not a recommend site. I tried claiming the bonus thru live chat and it was down. I called the toll free number and the rep did not know about the bonus and asked what site stated the deposit. I told her this site, plus it was listed on their site as well. I sent an email as well to no a vail. I also sent an email to complain about the problem and no response. Although I did not try to make a deposit, I'm sure they would quickly take my funds. Please send an email to there support group titled "get your act together" to support me and the rest of the us gamblers that support this foreign casino sites. Thanks.

yeah i got the $15 free but had to tell them what site i got it from went back there today and it was takin off now so i would say its no good now

Thanks for your comments. I spent a lot of $$$ playing at various casinos. However, I hate false advertisement and the waste of my time registering personal information for nothing. I just sent another email to request a satisfactory comment to settle me down. I have access to over 3 million users in just one site to spread my complain and disrupt there site, if no satisfactory response is received from them. These folks must realize that it is us, in the U.S., that support most of these foreign casinos. We need to stick together, so send an email to their support group to complaint about their false advertisement. These folks are just as bad as all the U.S. companies that outsourcing their client services support groups to the middle east! Poor client services and you can't understand one word or music their playing. Amen.

i went to there site and it is not on there. They did give me the 15 dollars tho. There is nothing wrong with patience when it is free

The free trial offer was there but has been removed. I could care less about the $15 free trail offer and patience is in my line of work. My beef is not getting any kind of acknowledgement or responses to my emails when I sent one to a firm or company. Especially when the company states emails are promptly answered. Secondly, to have a rep not know what the hell is going with their business is unacceptable. Client services is important to me, especially if I am going to be spending $400 to $500 a month playing at this casino. In any event, an affiliated manager with the casino has send a response and has acknowleged my complain. He confirmed the offer was quickly removed due to an overwheming response.

I am sorry about the problems with First Web. I went on casino cash journey about a week ago saw the promotion clicked on it downloaded emailed and recieved my fifteen free. I have noticed however that they have taken that promotion off casino cash journey so maybe it has expired. It was there when I posted. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused any of you. Sometimes you get a lemon lol.

No problem devbabe828. They finally did response with a kind email and apologized. They asked for the website info to credit my account, but I stated that I was not interested. It was there when I requested for the bonus, but I was very upset with the rep that had no earthly idea what I was talking about.
