I wagered $5000 (13x) but support says I need to do 30x.

So please tawnia finally what is their offer?
can you please write it in french because it's not clear at all for me!
does it mean if i dep 55 € i'll get total 330(600%) + 55 (dep) = 385 €
and i have to play 30X385= 11550 € before cashin??????
is there a limit with the cashin ? as sometimes on bonus systems?
