The payment companies shut them down, not the casinos

XXL is getting around it by making their own payment company..
Also I have asked XXL to pay all contests prizes ASAP, even thouhg the XXL contest doesnt end until the 28th..

Sorry I guess I did not state myself to clearly.

I am from Canada, I was just wondering if this contest is continuing until November 19 as was originally planned and if deposits that have been made on the weekend and future deposits until then would count. for anyone that did not live in the US
