I will start by saying I WAS a LOYAL PLAYER FOR OVER A DECADE HERE! So... I typed in a match code in everygame red to use and it was awaiting my deposit, then I found a DIFFERENT code with the same match ut different spins on a diff game so I wanted to compare the bonuses so I cancelled the one I had active and typed in the other to check/compare wagering and after thinking about it I cancelled that one as well and I remembered the Chipy04-1024 code for 250 hich was going to be active a day later... THEN ON THAT DAY I noticed that NONE of the codes were working and after speaking to a rep I was told management had taken away my bonuses! Not going to lie this does bother me, but it just amazes me how dumb of a business decision this was by them considering HOW MUCHHH MONEY I HAVE GIVEN THEM FOR OVER A DECADEE!! I will now switch to another casino with rapid pay-outs and better bonus offers... Something has DEFINITELY changed here, used to be 1 of the upper-tiered casino's in my book and I must say WOW what a rapidd change they have made to falling to a slimy/cheap/low-tier casino where I don't even trust anymore! Lamphead444, It sucks but has happened to all of us. The managers do not take away bonus it is a computer system. If you cash out and always use bonuses then the system will disable bonuses for a while. All the casinos have the system, some are more sensitive than others. So the casino you are moving to also has the same computer bonus abuse system. Sorry.
These systems were made because there are tens of thousands of players who will abuse bonuses in systematic ways to gain advantage over casinos. Some whole countries are banned from ever getting bonus because of this as well.
You can always ask for a "manager account review" and then a person checks the account because the computer system can make mistakes. So you can ask the casino for a manager account review.

No see, that is the issue! I have not withdrawn anything here in AGES! I had all these match codes working just 2 days ago! I canceled 4 different ones because I wanted to check the wagering/T&C’s to compare all of them, then the next day when I canceled the active 1 I had to redeem the Chipy 250% one it didn’t go through, so I figured whatever maybe I still need to wait for it but then I tried to redeem 1 of the original codes I had that was literally active right before trying for that Chipy code and that’s when I noticed NO codes were working and I opened chat and they told me bonuses were disabled for me! Lol just because I wanted to make sure the wagering/T&C’s I get punished!? Ridiculous considering the fact I played here religiously for over a decade and I don’t even remember the last time I withdrew from here (it’s seriously been that long). Extremely idiotic business move by them and an inconvenience for me!

Any time! If I made even 1 person happy by sharing these then I’m very happy! And my last win was for only $300 on 9/24 and OHHH MYY, I haven’t gotten that angry in years! I did not do a thing! I contacted support and these reps are just as useless as can be and after explaining in detail of what happened I got disconnected (of course)… I instantlyyyy, literally within 15 seconds went back on and opened chat again and requested that I speak to the rep I was originally with prior to disconnecting, andddd I get told “she is not here”, WHEN I JUSTT HAD A CHAT OPEN WITH HER A FEW SECONDS AGO! I say that and again get told “she is not working today”, very good… so I proceed to start brand new with another moron and I notice my wagering was taken off and as I was about to type saying thank you, I then see that $150 or so was ALSO REMOVED with my original $10 just there! Then I tell this rep wtf just happened, I get told that the original rep I got d/c’d with (even though she was apparently off and not working) did this as an ‘exception’… I can seriously go all day but of course at the end of the day the reps just kept me in the cycle where I’d just repeat myself and I’d just get the same generic/robotic responses… at one point I literally got 2 emails that were word for word copy pasted… I requested that somebody/anybody please just do me the favor of proving this to me by sending me a log of my transactions and time stamps of when this wagering was randomly placed and this is the email I get, simply amazing…

Something has definitely changed over there, pretty certain it’s changes in management because I was saying this even before this occurred that something didn’t feel right anymore… Winning seemed like it wasn’t possible anymore, the bonuses got MUCHHH stingier and the reps seemed like they were pretty much trained to be 1, or a combination of either incompetent/impatient/robotic/uncaring or rude.

Sorry, it sucks. I have been bonus blocked so I know. But I don't know that much about winning has changed, it's always been hard to win at Everygame (Intertops). HAHA.
As far as managers, maybe the casino managers have changed, not sure but the ones that I work with have been around the longest of any casino, like over a decade. They also have a big physical offices in Europe.
