Does anyone know what happens if a casino says you have duplicate accounts? I downloaded several casinos when I first started playing online about 3-4 years ago. Since then, I've switched computers and I cannot remember which casinos I have accounts with. I'm always scared to download new casinos and try to play because I'm worried if I win and cashin, they'll deny or void my cashin if I've had an account with them before!

Anyone have any experience like this? HELP! I read the T&Cs at some casinos and that just scared me more!! Book

blove, If you can not remember if you have an account, email the casino because you can get blocked for creating a second account Smile

I tried doing that at a couple of casinos and they asked me for my registered email address...which also changed and I cannot remember the old one. I gave them my name and address and they said I did not have an account.......BUT, at about 2 of the casinos, I am positive that I DID create an account. The T&Cs at some of the casinos say inactive accounts (usually more than a year) will be disabled. Do you think they disabled/deleted the accounts, and that is why they no longer show in their system?

What would happen if I did open a new account and won money? Would they void my cashin? Embarassed

blove, That happens sometimes.. so Just make new accts and before you deposit ask support to check & make sure you have 1 active account Smile
