Just left live chat after giving them my name, account, wt. heght,age they said loyalty bonus has not been applied yet.They also said that all Rival casinos are separate.This was pantasia the one i play at most.Its odd none of the others have posited for month if they are all separate. ?????????????

They didn't ask me for any info in regards to my account.
Eric, says that they are usually given the first week of the month.
And that it is still only the 6th.
That wasn't very nice....... maybe he has a toothache, too.

Everybody must be getting the same story. Blove's answer is almost word for word what I got when I talked to 'Aisha'. Also VoodooKitty, I talked to 'Eric' also and he is not very friendly. I still think all these Rival casinos are the same thing but with different names. Next time you deposit at the other 4 look at the bottom of the deposit page and it will say something about the deposit will show up as "Pantasia" on your statement. I'm not b'tching just thought it was interesting. They sure have had a lot of problems with their 'maintenance' this month. Oh well, guess it is their perogative to send out freebies or not.
Going to mow the lawn and forget about it.

Yeah, all of my transactions show up as "Pantasia" as well. In addition, I play at all of the Rival casinos, and I love As The Reels Turn. I decided to check my theory that it's all one casino...I left Pantasia in the 4th level. The last time I played Davincis I was at the intro level. I was at the 5th level when I left This is Vegas. So, I logged out of Pantasia and logged into the other two. Each of them were now at the 4th level. So, like anniemac, I think they are the same casino with different names. You even get the same CSR in support at all of them, and when support is closed at one, it's closed at all.

Idid the same thing blove.This morning i checked at 3 of them all live chat was closed.Makes you wonder about them,like to play at rival,but will watch more closely with levels an deposits.I did ask Aisha about that to.

Oh yes they were on chat with me one day Pantasia and she asked me to hold for a moment and when she came back on she said hi this is whoever from Cocoa can I help, and I said I am at Pantasia and she said sorry was speaking to someone else.. So the chat is for all rivals.

Just to make things clear, I am not bitching. However, I don't like being led to believe that Pantasia and the 4 Rival Group casinos were different and then finding out that possibly they are one and the same. So, from now on instead of spreading my money around, I am just going to stick with one, probably Pantasia, and spend my money there. It's kinda like the the RTG's where you think you are downloading one casino but then the software says something else. Makes you think. But I still like playing the Rival games.

I gotta' a toothache, and am grumpy that I gotta' stay home on medication!!!!

I also was speaking to someone from Cocao, and then logged into (I think) Davinci's and it was the same operator (I could tell by the foreign name). So, they must all be connected in some way.
And I too am jumping out of my skin waiting for a bonus!!!!!!

I don't think that either I am just saying that I think chat help, helps all of the rivals... I could be wrong but I have spoke to several of the same people at different rivals... 400 group is davincis, paradise 8, etc and Pantasia is totally different group..

Well, all I can say is that every deposit I make, whether Pantasia or other Rival Group, shows up as a deposit to Pantasia on my Netspend card. I try to make one deposit at each of the Rival group casinos so I can stay in good standing with them and they all show up as Pantasia.
Voodoo Kitty, so sorry you sick. I am sending you a warm fuzzy thought to make you feel better. Toothaches are a bitch.
