dendra cashout and bad communication

hi i won on a playthrough at dendra i won .they now wont pay saying i had 2 accounts

i did have 2 accounts ,and knowing its not allowed i contacted dendra support advizing them off this and asked wich account to use they sent me an e mail back telling me to use the one i have

i even asked them iff it would cause an issue and they said no

well now it is

its terrible every time someone wins at rival thers problembs and issues
i have emailed them dont hold much hope

they could have said use youre old account

TDTAT, hi my account now is andrew 9 my old account was achisnall

i have all the emails but dont know how to attach them the ticket issue no when i emailed them and there reply is no16845247

the play was 500 n deposit 45 play

i would agree with them if i hadnt contacted them but i did and they said my old account had been de activated and to use this one andrew9

i aske if it would creat cash out probs as well

i can attach all the e mails
i made the mistake when i saw dendra under new managment,so made a new account
they also say dont play at any rival as i have multiple accounts across the rival network

i did have some when my computor crashed but all double accounts were closed via live chat or e mail

so the accounts were closed on my referal not cause off player abuse as they say

rival central hub is terrible

sorry andrew9 emails sent to inbox with there email saying that to use this account

i wasnt even goin to play rival and thougt well safe cause i have e mail

this now 4 times i get cashout probs with rival

the e mails ihave been sent by themare very abusive and derogrity,they say i have a history off abusive use at rival casinos.the only thing i did was win ;

and as for an across the board abuse id like them to show me wot abuse

i got an e mail from them to say they will review it.but i dont see why they can abuse clients by e mail like that,i am upset and demorilized by the treatment
they basicly calling me a cheat which i not.

if i wanted to cheat them i would give different names and mask my id
its not right and in fact the payment now aint the point its the emails

days off email bullying are over,

such e mails arnt right who gave them the right to call peopke cheats

in fact the wy i see they have frauded me they knew they wouldnt pay out an d accepted payment knowingly

not just on this site but on 8 others cause the e mail bans me from playing any rival

i iknow how much that is frustaded , i already have that and more for $3000 and never see my money but it was an rtg not a rival , i always fund an good end with some difficulties

the problem now not the money i no like abusive bullyin e mails
i contact oyher rival sites i play they say same deposit play away we pay.
cant trust now any rival samsarah1,
they contact me say the casino itself not wanna pay not rival

so why e mail ban me from all rival

samsarah1, and i got win on casino rewards on bonus ban but they paid,and now have 300 in casino chips,they give bonus but wait for own money play
and iff win cash it and still give chips but pending,

i knew playing rival aaaaaaaaaaaaaaalwaaaaaaaaaaaaysssssss caaaaaaash oooout proooooooooooblem
