Hi All,

I took advantage of the 999% bonus at connectToCasino. Made a $100 deposit and played on the video slots (real series) balance went between $400 and $6000 played through the required 30 times and was left with $2600.

So far so good.....so I go to the webpage to check the requirements again before making a cashout......and now it says all slots EXCLUDING Real Series...and the coupon code is a new one!

So I get in touch with support...I said I didnt think that the old coupon was excluding real series and am told that it was.....

So...my question is......am I wrong?? did I mis-read and it has always been excluding real series??? can somebody help???

nkieswetter, That casino is not great, so it would not suprise me...

I know the rules are very strict because i remeber putting a warning in the Connect to post Sad

I DEPOSITEDon there same coupon 999% THEY CHANGE THE COUPON EVERYDAY i think to confuse people because when i did it the coupon said expired so you have to use a new one OH and by the way read carefully because it says in there in the bonusterms that you can forfeit all winnings and bonuses and cashout the balance at anytime without meeting playthrough requirements or in otherwords get your money or what you have left of your original deposit and i asked in live chat before i reedeemed that and they told me that was the case so i gave up on so i didnt make playthrough gave up had my original deposit left sent several emails to support and to higher management two weeks went by no reply so i gave up and spent my deposit then after i had no money left in my account to cashout they finally sent me an email stating i had spent my original deposit therefore there was nothing they could do about that i will never deposit in that casino again i should of reported them to casinomeister two weeks to answer several emails i sent them right also there bonus terms are misleading and contradictiory so if i was you i would send an email to their support and casino management tell them that you want to forfeit your bonus and anywinnings and get your original deposit back if you havent lost it and again they told me i would get mine back without any penalties to me whatso ever which inever did like i said two weeks with no holidays to slow them up to give me an answer i got upset and lost the rest of my deposit figured i would lose it instead of giving it to them for nothing so goodluck and please let my know what you find out
