My win pic, they say they have too look into it.... Here is the proof what do they need to look into???????

That very same thing has happened to me a couple of times already.
(Or what I think happened to me, is the same.....)
But, if I can remember correctly...........
It happened during the free spins, after the Bonus (what do you call it?)
Where you pick the Bottle things....
Somehow.....
I had won a small amount, but it registered in the hundreds.
I wish I could explain, what it is that I am trying to say....
It's very difficult to do so....

Or did it just suddeny change your total balance, up top in the Bonus Box thing?
From my experience, which of course could be very different from what happened here
with you, there is definately a "Glitch" in their system.
Simular to what I see here, in your screen shot, has happened to me, more than
a couple of times..

Software glitches
should not happen at any casino,

Surprising, happened to me also, playing $.01 and in feature win window showed $904 and change (not at Pantasia) but didn't get credited.
What's up with this. Still steaming.

I had something similar happen at a MG casino. I was playing Cashville and hit the bonus...but it was triggered by 4 icons, so I got to pick 2 oil rigs instead of 1. I picked the two highest ones, and the game froze in the bonus round. It clearly showed my two picks and the winnings, but the game never went back to regular play. I sent a screen shot to the casino and was told they would look into it. Well, the game stayed frozen for weeks...even months, and I never got the credit. I kept emailing them and emailing, and they would say they had to check into it. They finally emailed me saying game malfunctions void all wins, as per their terms and conditions. I hope Nettelarr has better luck! I'll keep my fingers crossed.

This was a glitch in the system, which has now been fixed.
It happened when bonus round and then free spins were
hit at the same time..
I think this is what happened to Gwen as well.
I am happy Nette has been paid $200 credits for the mistake,
and I am now trying to get something for gwen..
This error basically caused credits to show as dollars.
Sorry again nette, but this glitch has now been fixed

Just a comment -
I would hope that all the Rival Software Casinos, including Pantasia
have been made aware of the "Glitch" in the casino software/system or whatever -
*I notice in the email that they say "This is a very very rare error".
Ummmmm.......... I don't agree with that.
But, as long as it is fixed...........

got Cocoa to fix nette's problem... an also the glitch in the system

Yes, that sounds right. This happened to me at Pantasia, but I figured it was the credits versus coins problem. I hit 10 free spins, and I also hit 3 coins, giving me the coin bonus. I think it said I won $190 or somewhere in that area, but I only really won about $20, and that is how much was credited. I didn't realize that was the way her bonus was triggered - with both bonuses. I'm glad they fixed it now, though.

had this glitch, and I am glad it is now fixed!!
UPDATE ON GWEN:
Hi Tawnia,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
We have added a total of $150 to that players account.
As you know this was only a display error and not effect the real out come of any game play. During the spins the player was credited correctly but the display showed wins in dollars not credits. So we feel that adding $150 is very fair.
This error will not happen again, and any other players that say they also had this will not be credited with any credits.
