Unable to Buy In to free Cleopatra's Palace tournaments. Customer Service says the problem is on my end, but I'm not having this trouble at their sister casino Royal Sands. I can get to the Tournament Page. I can get the Buy In box for a particular tournament. But when I hit Buy In, the window won't close, no matter how long I wait, and reopening the casino software, even rebooting my computer, doesn't solve this. Any thoughts?

luckyturtle, Hi! Cleopatra's palace is one of the WORST casinos on the internet... there are hundreds of complaints about them. DO NOT PUT MONEY in that casino or play there for free because they do not pay.

Close your account and run far away from them.
