Yeah tried,spoke to Michelle I think it was,she told me my password which I knew anyway but still couldn't log in.Strange.

Yeah its correct-I always use the same name,can't work out whats wrong-neither could Michelle so I just gave up lol.

Yeah she asked me for my username amongst other details,I gave them my username and she told me my password.

I have to assume had they have changed my username they would have told me in the support chat.
