Mushroom eye balls
Take some medium/large mushrooms and remove the stems.
Put them in a pan and bake (350) just until they lose their
crunch. (don't over cook or they will shrink and lose their
water) Allow them to cool.
Place tops on pan so that the hole where the stem was connected
is facing up. Fill the hole with a ball of cream cheese (you can
add garlic and/or diced water chestnuts for flavor or crunch).
Put a single slice of black olive in the center of each ball.
Use paprika to draw in veins radiating from the center.

Red Eye Specials!
Ingredients
30 small plum tomatoes (about 2 inches long)
2/3 cup purchased pesto
2 containers (6 oz. each) bocconcini (mini fresh mozzarella balls)
About 30 pitted black olives
2 green onions
Directions
1. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Trim off the end of each half so that tomato cup will set upright. Scoop out insides of tomato with small spoon and/or melon baller. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon pesto into each tomato cup. Drain bocconcini and cut each piece in half. Use end of drinking straw to scoop out a little dent in center of the rounded side of each bocconcini. Use same straw to cut out "pupils" from olive halves. Place half a bocconcini in each tomato cup. Place olive inside the hole for pupil. For eyelashes, using scissors, cut the green top of the green onions into 1/4-inch pieces. Snip the onion ring so that you have a narrow strip. Use scissors to make multiple cuts almost to edge of strip. Tuck eyelashes into gap between cheese and tomato with toothpick. Makes 60 eyes (30 servings).

Sweet edible eyeball treats!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
3.4-ounce box vanilla pudding mix
Jelly beans
LifeSavers Gummies
Plastic eggs
2 empty egg cartons
1. Prepare the pudding according to the package directions. For each eye, fit a jelly bean into the center of a LifeSavers Gummies candy and place it in a plastic egg half.
2. Fill the egg cup with the pudding, then place the egg halves in an egg carton in the freezer until they're firm (about 3 hours).
3. Remove the egg halves from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for about 3 to 5 minutes.
4. With the back of a fork, gently press down on the edge of the pudding, rolling the frozen ball out of the egg cup. If you're not serving them right away, place the eyes in a freezer-safe dish in the freezer until you're ready.

Trash Bag Treats
Trash bags taste best when they're fresh and warm. They are so easy to prepare, but taste amazing.
Serving: 24
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 1 minutes
Total Time: 21 minutes
6 caramel squares
24 large marshmallows
1. Unwrap caramel squares and cut them in four equal parts with your kitchen scissors. Set aside.
3. Snip marshmallows partway down the center, lengthwise. To create a trash bags, the marshmallow needs to stay in one piece, so make sure you don't cut all the way through. Insert one piece of caramel into the cut center of each sliced marshmallow.
3. With clean hands, pinch the sides of the marshmallow back together around the caramel piece. Gently pinch and pull the top and sides of the marshmallow to form your bag.
4. Arrange the bags on the toaster oven tray or a square of heavy-duty foil about 2 inches apart. Toast on a "light toast" setting for about 30 seconds or until marshmallows begin to bubble. The bags will melt and lose shape quickly, so be careful not to overcook. Remove bags from oven and cool slightly.
