Honestly, I was home from work for a week once with the flu and I hadn't deposited at Pantasia for a while. I clicked on live chat and asked support for a chip and they said they would have to ask management, and they would e-mail me. Well everyone knows that means a form letter telling you sorry-but no and then they tell you how to deposit. Well on the chat screen where they leave you room for comments I just said something like geeze, I deposit here all the time and I am home sick and I don't like being made to feel like I have to beg for a chip, I only wanted a $15 chip or something...(blah, blah, blah, gripe, whine, and complain!) and about 4 hours later I got a letter from Rachel telling me to check my account and when I did there was a $75 chip in the promotions manager for me! WOW!! The games are great, they have the best support in the business, and they are all very generous! All of the casinos have the same support group, so you get to know them and all of the casinos are far more generous than the micros, check them out hun!

Well....i generally sway towards sloto more often than the rest of the rivals...my cashouts have been fast with no problems whatsoever and support has always been polite and courteous to me...oh and the bonuses are always a welcome treat...

It's hard to chose really since i do like rivals..

Cocoa Casino is my favorite because every time i deposit there, I get to play for awhile on my money. Even if I dont cash out, my money builds up and I feel like I at least got my moneys worth.
