When I first saw this contest, I had to do it. I love all pets. I have attached a picture of most of my pets. Cheyanne, my Rott, is ten, I have had her since she was a baby, Micky, my Maltese is two, she runs the whole house. The kitten is Fluffanutter. She is a trip and my bird is Milly. She is fifteen. What is funny, they all live uncaged together and get along, even the kitten and the bird. See the picture. I also have a pitbull, but he is mating. HAHA and two adult cats, the kittens parents. they are not in the picture, because the mother opens the front door by herself with her paws and lets them out and when we lock the door she cries until we unlock it..... So they stay outside most the time so the other animals stay inside. Anyway enjoy the picture. I enjoy them everyday. Its a constant zooooo.

I have a ragdoll cat named Beauty. This cat of mine is a goofball. She screams at the top of her lungs when I take a shower, like she has lost me and doesn't know what to do. She also has this funny little habit of sitting in the bathtub and letting the water drip on the top of her head right between her ears. And if I happen to walk in and see her she just sits there with this goofy look on her face like duh. It totally cracks me up.

God bless all of you that are giving these creatures a good home.
Just to let you guys know, when I got out of work this morning, I was so lost. I walked outside looking for my kitty. He had now been missing for over 24 hrs and I wasn't feeling very hopeful. Divine intervention made me walk into the yard behind my house (Lizzie Borden's) and check behind some bushes and there he was. Not even 30 feet from my back yard. Hiding under a bush, scared to death. He started to cry when he saw me but wouldn't move. I thought he was hurt, but he was just scared. Boy did I hug and kiss him all the way home, with tears streaming down my face.
Geez, I love my animals.........

Shave the cats? Nahh, I'll just get rid of hubby (only kidding). As far as I'm concerned, he is officially immune to them now.
Tried the fish, both fresh and salt............alot of work.

LOL!@!!!!! Try a BETA (fighting fish)
You can only have one in a tank and they are
easy because in their natural habitat they live in
stagnant pools of water

I have the strangest pet EVER, he is a Dachshund. My husband and I inherited him from our daughter when she got married. He is the most precious pet we could ever ask for, but...........Every since he was 6 weeks old he has been afraid of FLIES. We have taken him to the vet which he wanted to put him on nerve meds (xanax) and antidepressant (prozac). We decided that we would just do our best to NOT ever let him see any flies. He is our lil baby, he sleeps with and when we go to work grandma takes care of him. Now I hope ya'll are ready for his name..........Chaos. We picked that name because in Texas we have a lot of small flying pest, and they fill his life with so much chaos. lol

I'm a cat lover myself and thru-out my life have usually had at least one cat at any given time. My "soul-mate" cat was named Bruddah ( the way brother is said/spelled in Hawaii). I got Bruddah in 1988 in Hawaii. His mom, a stray, decided to give birth to 6 kittens on my deck. 5 girls and 1 boy, Bruddah. I found homes for the girls but fell in love with my big, fat, furry guy at first sight. He ended up weighing about 20 pounds and was nick-named Sumo-kitty. When we moved back to the mainland in 2000, he flew with us. If I was sitting or laying down...he was on my lap, purring and relaxing me with his peaceful nature and constant devotion.
He died of old age at almost 14 years old in 2001. Even today I get a little misty eyed when I think about him...I'll always miss my Bruddah.
