Casino Affiliate Share, I think you are from the Crystal palace casino group which are known as rogue casinos. You can not get approved or validated here.

As I implied on the email sent to you. we are not associated with the Crystal Palace Casino Group. I did a little research the Cleopatra Casino you mentioned is the one licensed at the Kanahwake Canada. On the other hand, we are representing Cleopatra's Palace Casino which is licensed in Cyrus.

As indicated on my profile name, Casino Affiliate Share is managing this casino and I can categorically say that we are in no way related to Crystal Palace.

We would have this sorted out eventually.

I received a snail mail promo from this casino for $260.00; played a long time before losing all. Have no idea who they are affiliated with. Never received a N/D bonus that large before. Graphics the same as most other RTGs. If you give them a try, Good Luck

I just opened an account there recently. Even though I've read that it is a 'rogue' casino...I always like to give them the benefit of the doubt and try it myself. I haven't won enough to do a cashout but hey, just a few days ago, I had gotten an email from them telling me they had loaded my account with $10. which I thought was pretty cool of them. I did play it, didn't win but what the heck, it gave me some free time to play with. I do intend to make a deposit this weekend. They do have pretty good bonus offers. As the saying goes...it's up to us to read the terms and conditions and make our own minds up on whether or not we choose to use a bonus. Sometimes I use them, sometimes not. I happened upon this site about a week ago, when I was looking for Cleopatras Palace Casino. Their site, I guess was being upgraded, but it was showing as it had been blocked. I too am waiting on a withdrawl, but I am finding it extremely stressful. I guess from what I have read...I had just better forget about my withdrawl? This is devastating. Sad Sad Sad

I also have been waiting now for 9 days to have my documents submitted so I can withdraw. I get the same excuse everyday. They are flooded with e-mails and will process them asap. I'm sure it is a stall tactic. I have 3,000 pending which I am sure I will never see. Has anyone gotten paid a large amount from this casino. If so please let me know. If for some reason I do get paid I will post it and take away the negative comments. We will see.

This message is for Alan from Cleopatras Palace. I have posted a comment earlier regarding my withdrawal at your casino. I have sent all documents required and have been told for 10 days now that it is in the que to be submitted. I have been told I will received an e-mail that I can withdraw, I have been told daily by live chat that they will have it followed up and don't understand why it has not been processed and I can't withdraw. At this point I don't believe that I will ever be paid. Once I get paid, I will come back to this forum and glad reverse all of my negative comments.

Well, I have gotten 1 of the four installments into my wallet, but their phone is still never answered, and their chat is not able to answer questions about withdrawls and such. I would definitely like to see more from their customer service team. It says they have 24 hour support, but it should say 24 hour deposit and bonus support? Good luck everyone...I will keep posting as my withdrawl goes through completion.
