Well, this is surely an inept casino. I had a deposit issue and it took three weeks for deposit to go in. lol boy I thought it was hard enough to withdrawal I couldnt even make a deposit. I also got some cashback one time which was like maybe 20 dollars and they said I could only have half for cashout lol they never answer your emails they keep giving free 60 dollars free chips I just play them for the comps I have sensed from day one that is a very rouge casino

jslotter71, Hi, the best thing would be to close your account and not play there. They will give your info to every new crap casino they open and you will get spam emails and additional offers from bad casinos. Stop playing there and save yourself some headaches.

Cleopatras Palace Casino took money out of my account I didn't authorize. I asked for it back, which I got but then they locked me out of my account. Live chat informed me it was because I had requested the return of the stolen funds. Funny.

BEWARE...STAY FAR AWAY. I MADE NUMEROUS DEPOSITS, AND WHEN I TRIED TO CASH OUT FOR $3700 I WAS TOLD IT WAS APPROVED AND THE CHECK WAS BEING PROCESSED. THAT WAS DEC.10, 2009. I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A FED EX TRACKING #. STILL NOTHING. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH ONLINE SUPPORT WITH EMPTY PROMISES THAT A MANAGER WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 24 HRS. WEEKS LATER, IM STILL WAITING BY THE PHONE FOR THE CALL. I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE, AND THEY SAID A MANAGER WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN AN HR. AGAIN NOTHING. NOW HERE'S THE BEST PART. I WENT TO LOGIN TO PLAY FOR FREE, AND GET A MESSAGE THAT I AM NOT ALLOWED TO LOGIN. WHEN I EMAILED CUSTOMER SUPPORT THERE WAS A LIVE CHAT LINK ON THEIR "GENERIC" REPLY. THE PERSON INFORMED ME THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED DUE TO A CHARGEBACK OF $400. THAT MUST BE THEIR WAY OUT OF PAYING. SHE ASKED ME IF I HAD SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO COVER THAT AMOUNT, IN MY BANK, AND I SAID I HAD AMPLE FUNDS. SHE SAID I WILL HERE BACK FROM A MANAGER. I BELIEVE THIS IS THERE WAY OUT OF PAYING. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

I am in a similar situation as Purple8ball. What are the options for disputing these charges if Celopatra's is defrauding people. If I purchase an airline ticket and they deny me passage, then I can dispute that I never received the service. I don't want to wait 2 months (it's already been slightly over a month) and miss my window to dispute these charges. They are significant.

sonichawk, Hi! If you were charged something you did not authorize, then dispute the charge. There should not be a limit on fraudulent charges. Call your credit card company.

I received the CD with free No Deposit Bonus of $260. Following playthrough and withdrawal I was told that I would be able to withdraw $130, although only half of initial bonus the T&C's did specify this - no problem with that. This happened at end of November 2009 and I am STILL waiting for the money to be sent to me. I have spoken to people on the phone, given them all the info they need and they still havn't given me MY money - as far as I see it this is theft in the eyes of any law.

This casino is absolutely sh*t. I have all the emails promising me they would credit me with MY money - I have even deposited a small amount to play on subsequently to see if that changes anything - NOTHING.

If they owe me money and I deposit again can I do anything about it or is it my own stupid fault thinking this would change anthing - I would love to have my day in court with them. Over 3 months waiting for my money is ridiculaous - I wonder what their view would be if I played with $1,000 dollars 3 months ago yet they still haven't received my money - I am sure they would not be too happy.

Steer well clear of this casino, nothing but lost promises and bullsh*t.

I am glad this site exists. I am not a big gambler, I have never done any online casino betting...occassionally I will go to a casino or a race track. I received the $260 comp from Cleopatra's Casino in the mail today, along with cd. I ALMOST went to the site to try it out, but found this website upon a quick Google search. Seems like a scam to me.

If and when I do try out some online casinos, this will be where I check to find out if they are trustworthy or not.

I got the cd with the 260. I opened the accout and played a game that I know I can win at, Baccarat. I played and won and went to cash out my winnings, leaving the 260 behind to play again. That is where the screw job began. Needless to say, I will never see any of these winnings. The place is a scam.
