casino complaint about cashout withdrawal :Slot nuts

Just want to warn others about the Slot Nuts casino. They will not process my withdrawal. I have sent documents properly, met their playthroughwaited for the pending period, , and i am still waiting to get paid. This is from October 17th!! I contact them and they tell me i have to open an New ewallet account. This is not possible without a deposit of $50 to the ewallet account. Since i have an older click2pay account, i use that to make the depositsthey are always accepted!!. Usuall RTG software has a Bankwire or Check Express(Fedex) for payments and these methids are listed in the cashier and on the website. i chose Overnite express(which is supposed to Fedex a check). They won't even send the funds to click2pay Well i got stories every time i contacted support, telling me that method was not available. So why advertise it? I have played online before and after the laws in the USA regarding online gambling have changed and NEVER had such a runaround! So be warned do not play here!! Maybe the $500 they owe me is too much for them to spend?? Sorry for being long winded, but i just had to share this hair raising story!!

I have been trying to get Slotnuts to pay me since March... Ever since I tried to process a withdrawal they have blocked me from even logging into my account. they do not answer the phone, do not answer emails, in fact, my emails get returned marked "No such address"

I agree. People need to stay away from all casinos involved with slotnuts, mighty slots, slots inferno, 99 slot machines, slotluv and plenty jackpot and any sisters involved... Every time I spoke to them there was a different excuse and it is impossible to speak to a manager. I was told my mastercard had declined the deposit, then that I must use another card which also didnt work... Both of which I have used on countless sites with ease. I was then told they had technical problems and finally today I am told that I should try depositing again which wont allow me to deposit because I have already got funds in the account. Now on the terms to withdraw the bonus winnings after sending in all the documents and completing the wagering it says you need to deposit $1 to be allowed to withdraw your winnings. All would be fine except it doesnt allow that to be done, it says please deposit a valid amount over $20 which when trying to do that it is also declined. So in order to withdraw your money you need to make a deposit and in order to make a deposit your balance has to be on zero. And you cant make a deposit while there is a request pending so that doesnt work either... Bottom line is the whole business seems like a sham...

TDTAT, its preety amazing that people play these sites when all they have to do is read the review,or do a google search so we cant feel sorry for laziness.thats meant for the most recent non payouts people before that didnt have enough info at that stage

ok ok but before i started online and before i found this great site i goggled them.and agree many reviews are good but iff you keep searching you will find the complaints,i must agree there bonuses are great and its very devious off them ,cause you could just dive in and deposit ,then too late.but you do find many people just diving in and when they dont get paid expect someone too make the site pay.i see this player wasn't asking for help for payout so obviously did his research after been able to link the whole lot one shot.

hopefully the player won on free lol,and found out the easy way

DylanRobson, try slotto cash or intertops they are the most ac reeded sites but you must submit docs before payout and always read terms and conditions before depositing

Do not EVER under ANY circumstances – NOT Even their No Deposit Bonuses – Play at SLOT NUTS.
It is the Worst Casino Ever. I played on a PAID DEPOSIT BONUS and won. I would say I was lucky enough to win – But that’s not true. They repeatedly asked for my authorization documentation – I have sent it over 20 times. The same documentation I send to other casinos and receive my winnings. I have won at two other slow paying casinos and have received the money while I still wait for these jerks. They have no intention of paying me but love to play games. (not the good kind – the kind that guys with small penis’ play because it’s the only satisfaction they can get) They use EVERY excuse in the book and then write their own as to why they haven’t paid me. Of course you hear the stuff about the “accounting department” and how they will “expedite” your payment – but they are lying. Now they have gone so low as to deny my request but when I call they say – “Oh there is a glitch in our system – Put in your request again and we will pay in 7 – 10 days” – this has happened 4 times in the last 2 days. FRUSTRATION. I hope they and their family members suffer a long painful death – really. Slot Nuts is total scam and it really makes me mad because I gave them my money in good faith. And they took it quickly – with no problems at all. I guess it’s time to do a charge back – it’s my only reconciliation. It’s not Slot Nuts it’s SLOT JERKS!
