Im almost positive i downloaded from here, but cant find my log in details ,lol.. I emailed support twice from their site in the past couple days but haven't received an answer. Can you tell me the type of log in they have? ie: email addy, nickname, or account number.. Thanks!

I also, have sent them an email to retrieve my acct. log in info.
Sent it, yesterday, but have not received a reply.
AND, you can't get with live chat unless you can log in the casino lobby.

They sent me an email saying that there is $10 x-mas present in my acct.
I tried the user name that is on the email, but when I try to reset my
password in the casino software, using my user name and email - it's like
I don't have an acct., or something... unless I tried too many times and it locked..
