this has to be the WORST casino for live chat support..actually ANY support period. I have been waiting two months to get paid. They are the rudest on chat. They go round and round and round and never answer a question directly...heck they don't answer a question period!! all you get is "more time please" "check later". I get the idea that I don't have a swift code in order to get wire transfer so I reversed one of my $1,000 withdraws earlier today. I figured what the heck...until I can open an account with one I would play my money. A miracle occured...support actually did that and promptly. Now I asked that they reverse my other withdraw and I have to wait for a day or a week??? for finance to get back to reverse it. "SAM" on chat is a total IDIOT!! Not a clue or a total genius...he'd piss Jesus off. I wouldn't recommend this casino to my worst enemy. It would be TOO cruel!! They just don't want to pay. I have submitted all my documents and asked that they confirm receipt...heck NO!! They don't communicate period. I have tried to call for support, I've tried to email and I've even tried to deal with live chat. NO SUPPORT...PERIOD!! They just want to rip people off. I have ABSOLUTELY NO idea how you got samsarah1 paid TDTAT? You must be God!! Personally I've had enough and am so sick of it that it's almost worth giving them the last $1, 000 not to have to deal with them...NOT - but close! I highly doubt I will get payment...they now put that I have no deposit options in the banking area and I left them alone for six weeks and tried to be patient and give them time ..HA!! SCAMMERS!!! WORST CASINO EVER! THEY DON'T EVEN ALLOW YOU TO PLAY YOUR MONEY BACK...???????????? THEY WOULDN'T KNOW PROFESSIONALISM IF IT CAME UP AND BIT THEM IN THE ......!!!!!!!
