best way to withdraw@ Intertops

hi all i have clicktopay, but was wondering if anyone new the best and fastest way to withdrawl from intertops

abmile, click2pay will be the fastest for usa players.. old click2pay accounts are fine and I used mine to withdraw from intertops a few days ago
you can then transfer you cash from click2pay to your click2pay atm card and you have your cash as fast as you can get to the atm machine

abmile, you (and I) are just very lucky to have already had a click2pay account... they are not accepting new usa accounts ..

also, intertops will soon have their own atm card for withdrawls!!
