Yeah like i said earlier I didn't have to use any for bills.....LOL I already did thoses so this is my money...... well no summer clothes for the kiddos.

I would like to give a little update on my Pantasia ACH withdraws. I had one on April 3rd and one on April 5th to go through ACH. Three days ago I finally received my ACH for the 5th....but no 3rd. So I have been online with them for 3 days now. After being assured for the millionth time that it is the processors fault and not theirs, I finally got a straight answer to my question. They told me it would definately be sent to ACH no later than today. I just found out that they haven't even done it yet. I thought all would like to know that Pantasia has continually LIED to me about this and I think everyone has a right to know that you should beware of their new found deceptive behavior. I agree that winning is fun and you can't do that everywhere, but what good is winning if you have to fight to get a withdraw.
If I wanted to do that I would go to an RTG casino. I know this forum likes to look at the positives, and that is what I like about it here, but...I also think that is only fair to let people know that despite Pantasia's ACH processor problems, it is their responsibility to give us good service and not Lie to us. When a casino starts to do this it sends up some red flags for me. Just some food for thought

they have been doing some funky stuff like that! That's what really doesn't seem right...like that ocean treasure bonus...maximum of $25 ???? It seems to me like they used to be a little more generous with there bonuses, and not quite so unclear. They are reminding me a lot of Shark Casino lately....and that's really not good. I really wish I knew how to do screen shots, cause if you could see some of the online chat that was being dished out to me your mouth would hang open and your pockets would close!

Thanks for your help, but this is just my opinion. They don't mind taking my deposits without a problem and I shouldn't have to be "Just Grateful" that I received two out of three withdraws...both which I might add were a total pain in the ass to get. I understand that with new USA laws it has made a big impact on the system, however, I do not like being lied to and there is no other way to cut it....they lied

Again, thank you for your help. It has always truly been appreciated. I just believe that the people on this forum have a right to know when a casino does a complete turn about.

I am certain that many still love Pantasia and are probably receiving great service. I am not on some campaign to kill the feeling. The members here have the right to know and make their own decision

is please DO NOT USE ACH to cashout..
there are too many problems for the time being and
the ACH withdrawls TAKE TOO LONG!
