I guess I'm welcome to go to another casino. Laughing Matt got involved in a conversation between a VIP manager and me. I was complaining that I didn't get a monthly bonus after spending thousands each month but they didn't see it that way because I actually won there and withdrew it instead of playing it back. Wink But we worked it out and then when I sent a follow through letter back to the VIP manager, I guess Matt from Customer Support didn't care for my honesty. I would appreciate any input about Club World Brand and really did want to share this rudeness. I don't want to put up a bad review but I certainly don't want to be invited to leave because I'm honest about how I feel about their loyalty program. Are they generally like this??? Any input would be appreciated. I've NEVER had a casino penalize me for winning. Generally they give you something for winning so you'll play all the money back. I do play other casinos but I've been putting a good amount into them for the past year. Should I change? Confused

sammy, Hi there. They have been around a long time and always pay winners... That said, I have found that even the best casinos may have some rude support person occasionally (some casinos more than others!). Most of the ones I deal with are nice, but I just figure the regular support people ( non- managers) probably get low wages and are not as highly trained as they should be.

I will report this to the affiliate manager and he can alert the casino manager. Smile

Sorry for the trouble, but congrats on some wins!

Thank you TDTAT for explaining this to me. I wanted to follow up with the forum and let them know that the VIP manager contacted me with not only an apology but a bonus and coupon to use in the future. I was also contacted by Club World Casino explaining a few things about how they do the bonuses by computers and he also credited my account with a monthly bonus. Like I said, I didn't want to give them a bad review but at 1:30 in the morning I was taken back by how this customer service rep invited me to leave. I've only had that type of rudeness at one other casino and I'm no longer with them. It took a long time to do that and I didn't want to give any further money to an unappreciative casino group like I did with the other one. I really love this forum because I get answers to questions that other forums could really care less about. Thanks again. Thumbup Thanks

Glad it all worked out. I have been fortunate enough to have the best customer service with them. They are always above and beyond when it comes to pleasant. It's a shame that one person can give such a bad taste. Hang in there, they are one of the best that I have found... Smile)

I have yet to experience any form of rudeness from the Club World Group after playing with their casinos since they first opened.

Thank you so much RGALP and CoraBets, I'm so happy to hear that. I have usually had the best service but I guess when you get abused by another casino you get a little worried when someone invites you to leave. I've had a very good experience there for the most part and was especially very happy in the beginning. Then I had some questions about why the bonuses were declining and chatted with the manager and when I ended up with this it confused me a bit. It's sad you have to be so careful playing online but it's great to have NOLUCKNEEDED.COM to turn to for advice. Thanks 026 026

Sammy, I totally understand. I have to say it seems that most of the casinos have gotten tight with free bonuses. To have a "bad seed" at club world is odd. Usually they start the conversation by asking how I'm doing. They speak to me personally like they know me. It use to be like that at Sloto, I was on a first name basis with all of them. But suddenly everyone is new. I generally play at Sloto because I get beginning of the month bonuses. But honestly, the Club World Group is a better deal. They send mailers, and they have bonuses good (check first) for "all" games. Though I generally play slots and keno, I like to play video poker at times. Just a bit more info for you Sammy. I'm glad our comments helped you. There is too much competition out there. Luckily we have this forum to sort them out. And I don't think Club World would appreciate bad press from "one" bad agent. It would be in their best interest to get rid of him.

it was a time , customer was king , but not now !! they all reduce their deposits bonuses or the minimum is higher than before , Ie , $45 at jackpot capital casino , before it was $20

and they use free spins to give us , but not so much free chip , personaly , I prefer free chip Smile

well , I wanted to say also , many RTG , like many RIVAL , have same live help persons , they work for many casinos , so , sometimes , maybe when they are too busy , some of them come from others casinos and do not know us ... it is my idea Razz

I had a bad run in with customer support, I was explaining my problem, whilst in the middle of explaining they told me to hold on so they could "look into my query" (but I wasn't finished explaining) so I kept going, and they got upset, meanwhile this was a complaint because I did not get a bonus round while, and was waiting for them to credit my game, the administrator got pissed off and said thanks for holding and kicked me off the site.
