Here are the terms that I found out
There is NO CASHOUT ON BONUS MONEY. You must deposit. I recieved my $7 free from support on the right side of the casino once I was logged in. It did take a very long time. However I did get it and Maya was very kind. So good luck and enjoy the fun money! But I would not deposit here that is just my opinion as I had to explain to support what T&C's meant..LOL

to deposit to cashout? Or no cashout at all?
Most casinos will require a deposit to cashout if you
win on a freebie, it is very common

i talked to support also, they told me that to cashout, you have
1. make a deposit
2. play 3x the deposit
3. then play 95% of your bonus money
then you can cash out and the max cash out is $5000.
As far as getting the 7 free, you have to contact support, and ask them and they will verify your account and then they will put the 7 in.
just thought i would let everyone know

I will borrow a phrase, and call this a "STUPID CASINO TRICK"
This freebie is a way to get a bunch of new players
without gving them much of a chance to win.
It is common to make a player to deposit, to cashout on a freebie win..
HOWEVER it is uncommon to make them deposit, claim another bonus
and then wager again to cashout... On top of that there is a
$5000 max win.. that means you deposit your own money
and have a max cashout.. I do not like it.
Any casino with terms like this, is not where you want to play 
If someone were to win on the $7 free, they should think
LONG AND HARD about depositing, to try to cashout on this freebie
