Welcome to noluckneeded if I have not said it before. Some casino bonuses are not instant and you have to ask for or enter a code.. it depends on the casino software. Some casinos have codes to claim bonuses and some have bonuses instantly available in the cashier.

I usally list how to get the bonus in the original post, but if not you can always ask the casino, which you did.
