The funniest April Fools Prank that I pulled was..............shortly after I was married I tried the warm water trick on my husband put warm water in a bowl and while he was sleeping I put his hand in it guess what it worked he wet the bed........(LOL)..................needless to say he won't admit to it and didn't think it was to FUNNY, but I sure did (lol) and still do

It was 4th or 5th grade, on my way to school.
The Bus driver puller over about 1/2 mile from school, stood up, and informed us that he just received word that there was an electrical problem at the school and he was turning around to take us all home. The bus erupted with cheers of celebration. The Bus driver then sat back down, and proceeded to drive in the direction of school. After a minute or so of confused bewilderment, over the loudspeaker, with glee in his tobacco shrewn voice, he said those timeless words...... "April Fools!"
Rising above the groans of anguish and pain emanating from my fellow inmates, I could here his roaring laughter, and could not help but smile. "Right on", I said to myself, and then got back to work seducing the lucky lil RedHead sitting beside me.

My brother brought over Chinese dinner one April Fools day.
I bit into the egg roll and my mouth was really burning!! He put hot
mustard sauce all over it and I didnr know. i could have killed him

When I was in high school, I pulled an April Fools joke on my friend which was also meant to teach her a lesson.

We both worked in our school's office as part of a business co-op class. However, while I was always working, my friend would be out roaming the halls and talking to boys. She was never in the office working.

So on April Fool's day, I decided to make her think that she was fired.

I got one of the school's envelope and put a letter inside of it that read, "April Fools" and I sealed it.

So I got the principal in on it. He was very cool. I had him call her into his office and explain to her that he was firing her and that he had to report it to our co-op teacher. I also had him give her the envelope in which he told her it was her final paycheck inside.

When she came out of his office, I pretended to be finishing up a telephone call. When I hung up the phone, I asked her what was wrong because she had this very shocked and sad look on her face. She started crying and could not get out why she was crying. It almost made me want to cry and I started to think that this was not a very good thing. It started to feel like I had played a joke on myself...

I said to her "April Fools" but she did not get it and she continued to cry. I asked her did it have to do with the envelope she had in her hands and she said, yes. So I said, open it. She was boowhooing

bigtime now. When she opened the envelope, she read the letter and the principal, secretary, and myself yelled, April Fools!!

We never had another problem with her hanging in the halls when she should be working.

Afterwards, she was so mad at me and was shocked that the principal and secretary was in on it. Of course, we all laughed about it but it was also meant to teach her a lesson.

Believe it or not, we are still friends to this very day.

I pulled a April Fools prank at a restaurant
I worked at when I was 19 or 20

I recruited a couple diners as my accomplices...

I took out their fresh plates of food
only to have them start creaming at the top of
their lungs...

the kitchen managers came running out
as the patrons angrily showed them the
worms in their food (cheese flavored & dried)
One manager was starting to get sweaty
and visibly upset.. as well as some
surrounding tables of diners...
At that point we let them
in on the joke

We all had a good laugh out of it..
and one of the patrons actually tried
the cheese flavored worms I used

He said they tasted like cheetos

My favorite is the left handed whopper!!

The Swiss Spaghetti Harvest

In 1957 the respected BBC news show Panorama announced that thanks to a very mild winter and the virtual elimination of the dreaded spaghetti weevil, Swiss farmers were enjoying a bumper spaghetti crop. It accompanied this announcement with footage of Swiss peasants pulling strands of spaghetti down from trees. Huge numbers of viewers were taken in, and many called up wanting to know how they could grow their own spaghetti trees. To this question, the BBC diplomatically replied that they should "place a sprig of spaghetti in a tin of tomato sauce and hope for the best.

The Taco Liberty Bell

In 1996 the Taco Bell Corporation announced that it had bought the Liberty Bell from the federal government and was renaming it the Taco Liberty Bell. Hundreds of outraged citizens called up the National Historic Park in Philadelphia where the bell is housed to express their anger. Their nerves were only calmed when Taco Bell revealed that it was all a practical joke a few hours later. The best line inspired by the affair came when White House press secretary Mike McCurry was asked about the sale, and he responded that the Lincoln Memorial had also been sold, though to a different corporation, and would now be known as the Ford Lincoln Mercury Memorial.

The Left-Handed Whopper

In 1998 Burger King published a full page advertisement in USA Today announcing the introduction of a new item to their menu: a "Left-Handed Whopper" specially designed for the 32 million left-handed Americans. According to the advertisement, the new whopper included the same ingredients as the original Whopper (lettuce, tomato, hamburger patty, etc.), but all the condiments were rotated 180 degrees for the benefit of their left-handed customers. The following day Burger King issued a follow-up release revealing that although the Left-Handed Whopper was a hoax, thousands of customers had gone into restaurants to request the new sandwich. Simultaneously, according to the press release, "many others requested their own 'right handed' version."

Planetary Alignment Decreases Gravity

In 1976 the British astronomer Patrick Moore announced on BBC Radio 2 that at 9:47 AM a once-in-a-lifetime astronomical event was going to occur that listeners could experience in their very own homes. The planet Pluto would pass behind Jupiter, temporarily causing a gravitational alignment that would counteract and lessen the Earth's own gravity. Moore told his listeners that if they jumped in the air at the exact moment that this planetary alignment occurred, they would experience a strange floating sensation. When 9:47 AM arrived, BBC2 began to receive hundreds of phone calls from listeners claiming to have felt the sensation. One woman even reported that she and her eleven friends had risen from their chairs and floated around the room.

Once On April 1st back in the early 90's I had to work that day,but my husband did not and the kids were also home that day. As I left to go to work that morning everything seemed to be normal. Little did I know what My family had instore for me that day! When I got to work I called home as I always did to let them know that I made it there okay. Back then our car was not a very dependable one,so everytime you turned the key it was a possible adventure! So when I hung up with them they started their plan to play the ultimate April fool's joke on me. What they proceeded to do was move everything out of the bedroom, and switch it with the kitchen! But it did not stop there. They switched the livingroom with the upstaires bedroom and so on untill every room in the house was switched with another one! When 4:00 pm came I called to let themknow that I was leaving work so they could expect me in a little bit. By me calling that was their signal to be done go out side in the front to play while they waited for me. I came home And was greeted with a lot of smiles as I came through the front door what was suppose to be the livingroom was the upstaires bedroom! ,and as I walked through from room to room it was all different and I hear in the background APRIL FOOL'S!!!
