:www.grandprive.com to download the companion.. is that what you did?
or did you ask a casino for 10?

i have a

do you have to be a new player at any of the casino's to get this. i am registered at all of them i think but it won't let me d/l the toolbar i am not from one of the banned states. any help appreciated thank ya!

sharon030161, I do not think you have to be a new player..

Make sure your firewall is not blocking the companion download
and make sure you are allowing popups. mIf that does not help send them and email with instructions... worst case they could send you a cd i think
