I have been fighting with them for about two weeks i won on free bonus cupon then deposited the 25 and now they say they cant open my documents in my email. they have excuse after excuse.

Hi dwatson79, there have been some slow cashout problems with WinBig21. I emailed the casino and will make sure they pay you and if not we will ban & blacklist them.

UPDATE: They said your cashout has been sent by wire transfer & they will send you a swift copy in 3-4 days. Hopefully you will have your money by the end of next week. wink

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DEPOSIT AT WINBIG21.... They are liars and thieves they take your 25.00 deposit to cashout and you get nothing but lies,im not the only one who is getting ripped off from these guys , i have been waiting since june 7th.They need to be blacklisted or shut down now!!!!!!
