I know everyone likes this casino because of it being in the club world group, but in my opinion this casino is dishonest i redeemed a free chip when i joined, then several months later i got an email from them with a coupon code to come play. so i redeemed the code and was playing T-Rex, I was in the free spins mode when I hit the random jackpot for almost $13,000. within 5 minutes they removed all monies out of my account and when i contacted them i got some lame excuse it was because i didn't make a deposit first. so i replied that i had not been depositing anywhere online because my husband was laid off from where he has been working for past 5 yrs, but if it was a deposit they wanted i would make a $50 deposit that day. then they replied and said that the free chip was for new members only. i replied that is not what the email said, and i had read at all the forums that they gave existing members a free chip and the code posted at forums was same code i had. i asked them for tc's of the free chip but was not provided any and never got another response from them. so two days later i told them to close my account. and they never put that money back into the random jackpot, they had the random jackpot posted for $1500 when it was at $12,930 i believe was the exact amount i won, it was under $100 shy of being $13,000
