Hi irishgilly. I do not like their response to you at all. I am updating their status to rogue.

I received an email from Gibson with an offer for a $150 free chip. When I opened the email I realized that it wasn't a free chip, they wanted a $75 deposit, then as a reward, I would receive a "free" chip. These types of offers really frost my butt, mostly because they are calling something free when it actually requires a payment. I have always objected to this type of misleading marketing and I wrote to them and expressed my displeasure to them. I could not believe the email I received back from them. So I am printing it here for yo all to see, as a caution for several things- the casino itself, their attitude towards people who use free chips, and their unbelievable Nazi type reaction to my email. Think not twice- but three or more times before depositing with these people, read what they wrote to me. Ask yourself if they went a tad over board. Then find a different casino to deposit your hard earned cash with! I did edit out my email address, the rest is word for word!

At the risk of pointing out the obvious, a $150.00 ND chip would be a chip that requires NO DEPOSIT. You are requesting a $75 deposit before granting me a NO DEPOSIT chip. That is akin to presenting someone with a gift, and then asking them to pay for it. While I appreciate the offer of a 200% deposit bonus, I would really appreciate it if you did not send your clients misleading emails with offers of NO DEPOSIT chips that require a deposit. This is bad business. I was a marketing manager for close on 30 years. Please do not bother to write back to me to tell me that the %150 chip is a no deposit chip after I make a $75 deposit. That too is bad business.

You are pretty rude and ungrateful for someone who has dozens of
accounts using free chips only. You have played $1000's in free chips
and yet you wish to send us mail expressing your dissatisfaction at our

Oh My!! idk- do you peeps think my email was rude? Do you think it deserved the treatment I received? Let me just say that to the best of my knowledge, I do not have hundreds of accounts with Gibson, lol, I am pretty sure I would know if I did! Any way, after the threat at the very end of their email, I would strongly urge you to reconsider ever depositing at their casino. I suspect that although some will get paid, well I just can't hep but feel that many will not. Many will be accused of being chip abusers, holders of multiple accounts, etc. I mean all I did was make a suggestion, and they have requested I be banned for life from all Rival casinos??? What kind of people are these who would like to have your financial information as well as your money?
