I agree that they issue a ton of freebies, but they have a terrible reputation at most, if not all, review websites. I simply do not trust them enough to make a deposit, and rely alot on places like NLN (& others) to keep me up to date with possible rogue outfits. My own personal experience is just being flat-out ignored by customer service when attempting to cash-out. This was appox 3 years ago. Now, granted it was either the 2nd or 3rd Free Chip in a row that I won with, so I never really expected anything anyway. However, a professional, reputable casino and/or shop would have, at the very least, just responded to 1 of my 1/2 dozen instances of correspondence with them. I'm very glad that I decided against depositing with them.

Après avoir gagné une 2ème fois, Tropica a bloqué mon compte et m'a retiré non seulement mes gains et a annulé le solde de ma caisse alors que j'avais non seulement versé mais en plus effectué le playtrough. Tropica m'a informé que j'avais plus de 150 liens avec des casinos du groupe Rival, ce qui n'est pas vrai (ni possible). Je mets donc ce casino sur ma BLACK LIST.
