I requested a withdraw on 3-7-2019 in the amount of $2500 and received a response saying it took 48-72 hours to process. Here it is 3-21-2019 without payment. When I contact on Live Chat, they say their processor is not working and it should be fixed within the next few days. I've been given the run around for days now with statements that don't hold true. I bet their processors are working for all the deposits. I feel my payment will not be honored now and regardless of that, I am mostly upset with the lack of honesty about the situation and the number of excuses given to me by their operators. The manager on duty can not even give me a truthful answer as to when payment will be released or what management is doing to rectify this situation. It's just bad business to not let customers know the truth.

I would not recommend this casino at all. The games are fun, but I really question if it is even possible to win given the way the games seem to play. The games are never hot enough for long, and right before you are likely to hit playthrough, they seem to turn. Perhaps someone else has had more luck, but I haven't been impressed.
