The first one that came to mind was from Jaws: "We're going to need a bigger boat" Brody says it when the shark pops up as he's throwing chum off the back of the boat.

but I also like " Get away from her, you bitch!" Ripley (in that cool fork lift suit) says it to the queen alien in Alien 2

I could go on all day, I'm a huge movie buff.
